Uber, Ola Apply for Aggregator Licences in Maharashtra, RTO Official Says

Uber and Ola have applied for aggregator licences from the Maharashtra government at Mumbai's Tardeo regional transport office (RTO) office, according to a local RTO official. App-based companies like Uber and Ola are required to obtain a licence under guidelines from the Centre and Maharashtra government.
